QUICK RULES

Short and simple — these rules protect the space and keep sessions running smoothly for everyone.

Studios ONE / FOUR / Podcast Studio include:

  • Creators only — no parties/events

  • Leave the space as you received it

  • No nails, screws, drilling or wall damage

  • No permanent adhesives (only painter’s tape if approved)

  • Respect noise — spaces are not soundproof

  • Take care of common areas (keep them clean and tidy)

  • Studios ONE / FOUR: please handle windows with care

  • Check-in/out is on time — overtime fees apply.
