Cancellation Policy
Session format: Six hours sessions (launch format) Availability: Runs 24/7 in three daily session blocks. Payments: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Rescheduling: Allowed with 48+ hours notice (one time, subject to availability). Cancellations: 72+ hours notice → credit for a future session (no cash refunds). Late / Overtime: Check-in/out is on time. Overtime fees may apply. No-shows: No-shows are non-refundable. Access details: Exact address and access instructions are provided after booking confirmation. Founders pricing: Intro rates may be adjusted as availability fills and pricing transitions to standard market rates. Insurance / deposits: Proof of insurance (COI) and/or a security deposit may be required depending on space, crew size, session type, or time of booking.
